About College Station Adventure Boot Camp for Women

A four-week comprehensive program of fitness instruction, food modification, nutritional counseling, diet planning, & motivational training provided


What is the Adventure Boot Camp for Women?
A four-week outdoor program of the best fitness trainers in town, nutritional counseling from a former Miss Texas Pagaent Nutritionist and daily motivational training. You will be wildly inspired and have incredible fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Cliff, Haley and Erica. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 am and finishing at 6:30 am sharp.

Ever Had a Trainer At A Gym?
Bet like everyone else that you got thicker and stronger and very little instruction was given on the most important part of this journey - Nutrition. Our workouts are a 180 degrees unique, adventure, and morning after morning of inspiration and fun.

Nutrition - you'd better believe that is a big part of it. From seminars to handouts to daily emails full of tips, ideas, tips and inspiration.

If you decide to join us and it's not for you, ask during the first week and we will refund your entire fee and part friends. It hasn't happened yet, but I will certainly do so if asked.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others. We have from High School students to 70 year old grandmothers with arthritis and everything in between. I am willing to bet my house (it's not that big) that I'm right.

Where is the location we meet?
Both College Station Adventure Boot Camps meets at The Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater Picnic Shelter.

The Platinum College Station Adventure Boot Camp Transformation Membership
This program was created for the women who are loyal College Station Adventure Boot Camp participants or who want to become one. These are the women who want to enjoy living in a fit, lean, healthy and strong body year round. The Platinum Boot Camp Transformation Membership is for ladies who want the best of the best and want to live longer stronger more energetic years looking and feeling fantastic and are also savvy shoppers who know a fantastic deal when they see it.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM or 6:45 AM for the College Ladies

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at Synergy Fitness (inside the Fitness Together Training Studios) , at 913E Harvey Road, just down from the Tap in the Woodstone Shopping Center.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You'll receive a FREE nutrition seminar and Adventure Boot Camp T-Shirt.

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299. That's twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to just $14.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $50 to $75 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

Other options:
You can also choose to come three days per week for a discount of $70. Total cost is just $229. Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5-day per week program. We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.
